The Croquembouche Class will introduce students in making a profiterole tower.
The first section of the class will involve making choux pastry and baking and filling the profiteroles.
The second section of the class will involve students assembling their profiteroles into a tower and decorating it with toffee and buttercream piping.
What you will get
- You will make your own croquembouche (approx 60 - 70 balls) and this can be taken home to share with family and friends
- A printed copy of your class notes for you to use in the future.
What to bring
- Bring your own lunch
- Light refreshments are provided (Eg: Tea, Coffee and Biscuits)
- Cake equipment and tools are also provided
What to wear
Closed shoes are a must, please do NOT wear any open shoes (e.g. thongs)
Long hair should also be tied back
